Activity
AlManarah, The Association for the Advancement of Persons with Disabilities in Arab Society, was established in 2005 with the aim of empowering people with disabilities in Arab society. We aim to enable them to exercise their natural, social and legal rights and to help them integrate into society socially and without exclusion, stigma, or prejudice. The association provides both children and adults with legal advice, emotional and social support, and enrichment. We work to realize the rights of these individuals and to reduce exclusion and promote full integration at both local and national levels.
Our mission is to promote and make people with disabilities in Arab society visible, to allow these individuals to exercise their natural, social and legal rights, and to integrate these individuals into society in an equitable way, without social exclusion, stigma or prejudice.
Our vision is that people with disabilities in Arab society will one day be empowered and integrated as equal citizens, contributing to society, in the spirit of excellence, equality and dialogue.
We aim to work with not only people with disabilities in the Arab society, but also the society at large, including school students, students, parents and professionals.
