Vision
This training cultivates resilience and healing in teachers and students through a therapeutic-dialogic approach that merges spirituality with practical education. Teachers undergo personal growth, using spiritual language and psychological tools to deepen their connection with students and enhance classroom dynamics.
Activity
Throughout the last year and since 7.10.23, many hours have been invested in the development of the program in collaboration between experts in the field of education, the field of psychology and mindfulness and under the management of Prof. Haviva Pedaya.
The construction of the content was adjusted to help the teachers go through a process of processing and personal healing and in the process to help their students with the understanding that the events of 7.10 require new ways of coping.
10 meetings were held with a group of 20 teachers from the wet school. The preparation of the meetings was done in collaboration with the school’s therapeutic team (psychologist and counselor).
In the meetings themselves, the teachers received tools from the fields of therapy and psychology and went through a guided process of building the appropriate toolbox for them and their students.
In the meetings, work was done with the teachers on the possibilities of the existence of the tools and thinking within the classrooms.
The group was a research and support group and helped its members to clarify the ways in which they conducted themselves with their students.
