Vision
We want to support the vision of creating cities without loneliness. Perach Zahav is all about building the foundations for a community support network, with aim of easing the severe consequences of loneliness which impacts approximately half of the elderly generation in the Western World.
The connections will contribute both the younger and the older participants.
Activity
We want to support the vision of creating cities without loneliness. Perach Zahav is all about building the foundations for a community support network, with aim of easing the severe consequences of loneliness which impacts approximately half of the elderly generation in the Western World.
We will work closely with Upper Galilee social worker to identify the 30 elders.
We are aiming to start the program in October and have preparation in September.
- At least 90% of the elders will be satisfied in the end of the program (end of the program evaluation)
- 100% commitment of the volunteers
- Volunteers will be required to fulfil weekly update and will be accompany by the program coordinator
