Vision
The 2025 Milan Longevity Summit will showcase highprofile scientific events, including talks by two Nobel Laureates and globally renowned academics. Aligned with the United Nations’ Decade of Healthy Aging, the Summit introduces an innovative format: transforming Milan into a citywide health and wellness hub. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on workshops, exploring strategies and activities at the intersection of life, aging, and health.
Activity
While global life spans have increased significantly, health spans have not kept pace. The challenge lies in enhancing the quality of those additional years. This year’s Summit focuses on practical solutions for healthy aging, offering free workshops for all ages. Participants will explore science-backed strategies in: Nutrition, sleep, and physical activity; Mindfulness, brain training, and social connection; Art, music, and cultural engagement.
Additionally, workshops will tackle critical topics like preventive and predictive medicine, financial wellness, digital safety, and combating online fraud—empowering attendees to approach aging with confidence, resilience, and vitality.
The 2025 Milan Longevity Summit introduces its most innovative feature: Longevity Labs. Led by renowned experts, these interactive workshops aim to enhance well-being by equipping participants with actionable strategies for healthy aging. Free and open to the public, these sessions combine introductory scientific lectures with hands-on activities, empowering attendees to learn, experiment, and ask personal questions.
Esteemed Italian experts will debunk common myths and share actionable advice on fitness, biological age, and strategies for preventing diseases and impairments. The Labs will be prominently featured in the Summit’s program and receive extensive media coverage across TV, radio, newspapers, social media, and more, backed by the support of local institutions and authorities.
