Luxembourg

    LNB 2_11zon

Vision

This project aims to educate students about the Holocaust and its consequences, fostering awareness, tolerance, and critical thinking. By visiting Auschwitz, students gain firsthand insight into history, ensuring that its lessons are never forgotten. We strive to create a more compassionate and informed generation that actively stands against discrimination and injustice.

Activity

31 students from diverse classes (11th and 12th grade) are offered the opportunity to participate in an educational journey to Auschwitz and Kraków. The itinerary includes guided tours of Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II (Birkenau), providing students with a profound understanding of the Holocaust’s history. Educational sessions led by historians will deepen their knowledge of the events and foster critical reflection. A visit to Oskar Schindler’s Factory Museum in Kraków will highlight narratives of resistance and solidarity. This trip aligns with the school’s dedication to UNESCO principles, emphasizing human rights and moral responsibility.
