Vision
To create a joyful and inclusive space that highlights Jewish cultural voices while opening them to the broader community. The project’s vision is to promote mutual understanding through shared experiences—art, food, music, humour—and to foster a sense of togetherness, curiosity and dialogue. Before we can live together, we must first learn to know each other.
Activity
Maison Armand Lunel is a cultural non-profit organization based in Aix-en-Provence, dedicated to celebrating and transmitting Jewish cultures through artistic, educational and civic programming. The association’s main mission is to foster knowledge, dialogue and creativity around Jewish heritage, with a particular focus on cultural expression accessible to all. Through exhibitions, workshops, talks, performances and intergenerational events, the organization promotes a vibrant and plural vision of Jewish identity, deeply rooted in the French republican values of openness and inclusion.
The Festival des Voix Juives – LEHAÏM is the association’s flagship initiatives. Co-designed by a team of volunteers, the festival is an outreach project that offers a joyful and diverse space for encounters, discovery and shared experiences. Through music, humour, food, art and dialogue, the festival aims to bring people together and make Jewish cultures visible, alive and inviting within the broader urban community.
