Vision
To establish a new Adat HaTzofim (Religious Scouts) chapter in northern Israel that empowers young people through values-based leadership, community engagement and shared educational experiences. The project strengthens social cohesion by enabling religious and secular youth to grow together while respecting each other’s identities, creating the foundations for a more resilient and inclusive Israeli society.
Activity
The Hebrew Scouts Movement is Israel’s largest youth movement, serving more than 100,000 children and teenagers through leadership development, community engagement and values-based informal education.
This project establishes a new Adat HaTzofim (Religious Scouts) chapter in Natur, in the southern Golan Heights. As part of the broader Scouts Movement, Adat HaTzofim provides a unique educational framework where religious and secular youth participate in shared activities while maintaining their individual identities and traditions.
Over a three-year period, the project will build a sustainable educational community, train youth leaders, support local educational staff and create meaningful opportunities for dialogue, cooperation and community service. By strengthening youth leadership and fostering relationships across different sectors of Israeli society, the project contributes to long-term social cohesion, resilience and a stronger shared future for communities in northern Israel.
