Vision

Empowering olot hadashot through entrepreuneurship

a project: each woman brings an entrepreneurial project, at any stage of development, from early thoughts up to
advanced stage.

a mentor: the program relies on example, emulation thanks to five female mentors from the French-speaking aliya, representing a model of integration.

the Circle: the maagolot form a never-ending circle of mutual support, communicating daily via dedicated group.
Participation in the circle is mandatory and contingent on contribution of expertise or talent.

Activity

Economic hardship strike olim particularly hard, their being less connected, but in times of crisis, women show adaptability and resourcefulness. Thus a program that will enable them to carry out a project and bounce back by pulling their families upwards.
Olot are often led to give up their personal development in favor of their family. It is also difficult to switch from the French model, with its childcare facilities and full school hours to the Israeli rhythm. Women therefore pay the full price
of aliyah. But they are often also socially more flexible and better connected and are able to re-create strong circles of
female mutual support in the form of very effective FB or Whatsapp groups. maag’olot allows this ability to network to turn into an entrepreneurial advantage.
