Vision
Campus Ein Chemed is a ground-breaking educational project reflecting the belief that there is no contradiction between a Chareidi identity and higher education that leads to an honest livelihood. Within this integrative model the campus provides all the needs of the young Chareidi adult, preparing him for life and to earn a living with self-respect while maintaining the Chareidi standards and life-style to which he is accustomed.
Activity
The project is designed to promote, empower and enable Chareidi young adults – who are not suited for the standard, somewhat rigorous, program of studies in a regular Yeshiva but nevertheless desire to enrich their lives – to make a change that will guarantee them a promising future and a secure financial base. This is achieved through a residential campus integrating academic and technological studies with Jewish Studies within an inviting and warm social-educational setting.
The Campus offers several academic tracks (with the Open University) and professional training (with Ministry of Finance) in the highly-sought professions such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Computer Graphics that open the gates to honorable employment.
The educational program incorporates complementary studies (especially in English and Mathematics) and professional guidance aimed at every student at a personal level. Torah Studies and social “life-building” activities complement the formal studies thus providing an overall experience that enables the students to build their lives in a well-rounded fashion, loyal to their communities and to their Chareidi identity.
